Refund Policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026

We want you to be confident in your Orca subscription. This page explains how refunds work for the Pro plan and how to cancel.

1. Free trial

All new Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will pay nothing.

The trial gives you the same Pro features as a paid subscription — we recommend using it to confirm Orca fits your workflow before committing.

2. Cancellation after the trial

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period (the next monthly or annual renewal date). You will not be charged for any period after that.

3. Refund eligibility

Orca is a digital subscription service. Once a billing period has started and the charge has been processed, that period is generally non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

That said, we make exceptions in the following cases:

4. How to request a refund

Email support@pingorca.com with:

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first before disputing with your bank. Direct chargebacks cost us significant fees and we'd much rather resolve the issue together — we have never refused a legitimate refund.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. The policy in effect at the time of your most recent purchase governs that purchase.
